Close Your Fists

Closing your fists, or holding a tennis ball, is an EASY way to solve a lot of technical problems.

If you close your fist, you can’t use your hand to pull.

That means you need to use your forearm.

If you can use your forearm AND your hand, you’ll move a lot more water.

Closing your fist also prevents you from using your hands to create balance in the water.

Now you need to learn to create balance through effective body position.

It makes your problems a LOT more obvious.

Trying closing your fists and watch the learning accelerate.

Better pull and better body position, sounds like a win to me!
