Focus on the FUNDAMENTALS.


What really matters?


1. You need to move as much water as backward as possible so you can go forward.


2. You need to the water as streamlined as possible as you move through the water.


THAT'S IT.


How can you move as much water back with your arm as paddle?


How can you swim with your body as straight as possible?


That's ALL you have to do.


Get that straight and worry about the details later.
