There are a LOT of opportunities to improve your skills in the water.

NO ONE swims perfectly.


The weaker your swim is, the more opportunities you have to improve your skills.


This is a great thing, as it truly is an opportunity.


However, it's also a trap.


Because there are so many opportunities, it's tempting to focus ALL of them.


Instead, it's critical to focus on the KEY skills that drive performance, and IGNORE the rest.


This is actually really difficult to do.


It's hard to know what's important, and it's hard to stay focused.
