Mission Critical I

Everyone only has so much time and energy to accomplish their goals.

If your goal is to improve your swimming, you need to focus that time and energy in the right area.

If you're not, you're going to be wasting your time.

What are the critical skills?

Simple.

  1. You need to learn to stay level in the water

  2. You need to learn to pull straight back

  3. You need to learn to breathe effectively

  4. You need to time your rotation so you can accomplish all of the above

If you're not working on these CRITICAL skills, you're probably focused on the details that aren't helping nearly as much as you'd hope.

Remember the goal, exit the water faster.
